On the desktop, double-click Internet Explorer icon. If you don't
have the icon on your desktop, click the Start button, select Programs and
click on Internet Explorer.
From the Tools menu choose Internet Options.
Select the General tab.
In the Address box, type http://home.activecom.net/.
Select the Connections tab.
Check the Always dial my default connection option.
Verify that activecom.net connection has (Default) next to
it. If not, click on activecom.net connection and click on the Set
Default button.
